Zonnon language report

Language report is the main document that specifies the language. However this is not a standard yet. Minor modifications or improvements are possible.

This is the last reviewed version of the report. Compilers that correspond this report have version 1.0. A report for extensions in exerimental 1.1 compiler is not available yet.
